PRINTING A COPY OF THE HANDBOOK
You may print your own copy of the Handbook from the Adobe Acrobat Reader. The entire Handbook is just over 50 pages, from cover to cover. We would recommend printing to a laser printer if at all possible.
If you select to print the Handbook, here is a trick so save paper and ink when printing with an ink cartridge-type printer. Unless you really need the printed Handbook cover pages:
Up on the Menubar of your .pdf Reader, click on "File", then "Print".
In the Print Dialog Box, in the "Print Range" section, click in the round "bullet" next to "Pages".
In the Textbox, erase the current "Front Cover - Back Cover" and enter "1 - 47", or any single page number or range of page numbers that you want to print. Valid "page range formats" include "1, 2, 5, 10 - 30" where comma separated page numbers mean "pages 1, 2, and 5" and hyphenated ranges mean "pages 10 through 30".
Click the "OK" button in the lower right-hand corner, and printing of the selected range of pages should start printing, assuming your printer is operational.
