prepare all new and renewing notary publics to pass the State Exam on their first attempt.
We'll not only discuss the latest laws and regulations, we'll also review the fundamentals
of Jurats, Affidavits, the Journal, fingerprinting, forms of identification, sworn statements,
and more. By the end of the day, you will be prepared to pass the
State Exam, which will be presented at the end of the class.

Who Should Attend This Seminar?
Those who have never held a Notary Public Commission.
Any Notary Public who is renewing late or may not renew on time.
Anyone who prefers a classroom-like environment.
Schedule:
Seminars start promptly at 8:30 am UNLESS otherwise noted.
A lunch break occurs at 11:30a to 12:15p. (Lunch is not provided.)
Seminar is completed at 3pm.
State Exam starts at 3:45pm.

The New and Reappointing Commission Application
Beginning May 1, 2023, applicants are required to affix their photo to a completed Notary Application Form.
The fields on the form must be completed and their 2x2 color passport-style photograph must be printed directly on the form, or the photograph securely taped, on all four sides with clear tape, in the box provided.
A completed current application form (and fail letter if retaking the exam).

Acrobat Reader is required. The form will be called "New or Reappointing Commission Application".

Your form of Photo ID
One of the following Photo Identifications (current or issued within the last 5 years):
- A driver's license or State DMV I. D. card
- A Canadian or Mexican Driver's license
- U.S. Passport or Passport issued by a foreign government
- A U.S. Military I. D. Card
No other forms of photo identification are allowed.

CANCELLATION and REFUND Policy:
If the materials are returned unused and in perfect condition within 60 days from purchase, a refund less $20 for shipping and handling of each book will be given. Purchaser will receive the refund in the same method as paid, for example if paid by check, then a refund will be issued by check, if paid by credit card then a refund will be issued back to the credit card used for purchase. Refund policy does not apply to anyone who has completed the course.
Rescheduling a seminar request must be received at least (1) business day before the seminar/webinar. First transfer is free, if within one year of your enrollment. Second transfer or no show will incur a $55 service fee.
